Refund Policy

Speaking Engagements and Consulting

All speaking engagements, workshops, consulting services, and appearances are non refundable once confirmed. If an event must be rescheduled, we will work in good faith to apply payments toward a future date when possible.

Digital Products and Downloads

All digital products, downloads, and online resources are non refundable due to the nature of digital access.

Physical Products

If physical products are offered, refund or exchange eligibility will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Items must be unused and returned within the stated timeframe, if applicable.

Event Registrations

Event tickets and registrations are non refundable unless otherwise stated. In the event of cancellation by Nyla Denae’ Enterprises, LLC, a refund or credit may be issued.

Subscription Services

Subscription services may be canceled at any time. Access will continue through the end of the current billing cycle. Partial refunds are not provided.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case by case basis at our discretion for extraordinary circumstances.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
